(Field area vendor table will have a view of the flying area but will be protected with a floor to ceiling net.)
Note: All vendor areas will have wall space behind the tables!
Vendors may choose to be sponsors of the event as well. See other side for sponsor details
All paid vendors will have the option to have their business listed on our website (with a hot link if applicable) in the sponsor section. Please allow 7 to 10 days for listing to appear once payment is received. Business listing will also be featured on the back of the program during the event.
Vendor space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis. All vendor goods must fit the theme of indoor electric flight and/or related products. If more than one vendor table is purchased, said tables must be displayed together. Vendors may set up vendor spaces on Thursday evening October 14th (time TBA) or Friday morning October 15th. Vendor fees must be paid in full in advance via check or money order payable to Muncy Indoor Flyers/Treasurer. 2010 KIEF Vendor Sponsorships:
To qualify for event sponsorship, a donation of an indoor RC item or related product will qualify a business as a sponsor of the 2010 Keystone Indoor Electric Fly*. As a sponsor, you will get given 5 to 7 minutes to promote your product(s) during our scheduled sponsor demo portion of the event! The microphone and sky are all yours!
All donated items will be awarded as a prize category (i.e. best micro plane, best night flight etc) or will be raffled off in pilot raffles to registered pilots.
*Advertising space awarded to the promotion of the 2010 KIEF will also count as sponsorship. Advertising space may be in an RC hobby industry magazines, on-line RC hobby forums or other media if pre-approved by the KIEF and MIF board.
