First Fun Fly held at the Generation Sports Complex Dome April 22, 2007

On April 22, 2007 the Muncy Indoor Flyers held their first fun fly in the Generation Sports Complex Dome. As you can see in the picture to the right the turn out was rather good.  Some of the pilots were from out of town and all had a great time. It was this fun fly that put in motion the on going efforts to move the (KIEF)  Keystone Indoor Electric Fly to this location after the collapse of the dome near Scraton, Pa. The organizers of KIEF invested a great deal of time preparing for this event only to have it canceled just three weeks before the scheduled date. The Muncy Indoor Flyers officers met with Mark Vukmanovich and the plans then began to organize the 2008 event.
